  • Do you have confidence in buying from the company - this is directly linked to how the site is designed, their terms & conditions, what their customers have said about the company etc.
     
  • On the technical front, is your LANDING page adequate? Do you a squeeze page which allows you to collect prospects contact details? Do you have LIST building strategy and do you do e-mail marketing?
     
  • Linked to point 4, in conjunction with your squeeze page do you use a autoresponder?
     
  • If you are an online retailer, is your merchandising strategy adequate? And linked to this is your product sourcing strategy adequate?
